I've been struggling to show up online forever because of my limiting beliefs that what I have to share won't give enough value, that people won't care and that they'll judge me. Oh my, Kristina, I cannot thank you enough! Just after the first lesson I already felt encouraged, fearless even to step up my online game, to show up, to speak on a story. Before I always felt uncomfortable with the way I appear on camera. Have been going through hard times of accepting my image. But finding a midpoint between the comfort of not showing up at all and the raw image of me was a powerful blessing. I dared to show and speak up about my projects and a lot of people replied they'd like to join. I had posted image-stories and posts before and the engagement was far smaller. This course also allows me to notice my fears and work past them, do despite of them (even still, because the healing and releasing of fear is a continuous process).
